a dream
What I can only clearly remember was the kiss. The whole environment was warm, like the climate inside the empty room I lay. Then it came, it was not triggered by anything. It just came to be so. It was a cold kiss. Not cold like the intended meaning of cold when you say it to someone with cruel intents, it was just cold. 10 degrees of weather climate cold. I felt it not only on my lips but it also greeted my cheeks, chin and nose. It was a real kiss. One that I haven’t had for a long time.
At the end of the dream, she was caught, for I think we were running from something. I could not do anything when they took her away. But that was that. Treasure that kiss, kid, keep it inside.
